With the increase in implanting information and computing technologies (ICT) into learning continuing education during last two decades shifting to distant educational (DET), it has become obvious that there is a vital need for school university teachers upgrade develop their e-learning e-teaching skills consistently. Since integrating technology classroom, online or offline, already both global tendency crucial change quality, form methodology of education, appeared an urgent importance appropriate digital boost readiness, preparedness ability adapt changing conditions environment.
